About For Keeps Merch
We're a branded merchandise company helping businesses create products people actually want to keep. From corporate gifting to campaign launches, we work with brands who care about quality and creativity - and we're growing fast.
Our team is small, ambitious, and moves quickly. We don't do things by committee. If you've got an idea, you bring it. If something isn't working, you fix it. That's the culture here.
About The Role
This isn't a "post content and report on it" role.
You'll sit at the intersection of marketing and product - owning our social presence, creating content that actually converts, and staying across what's trending in the merch and corporate gifting world so we're always bringing fresh ideas to our clients.
You'll work closely with our co-founders, our in-house graphic designer, and have real input into the direction of the business. There's a clear path to growth for the right person.
What You'll Own

Plan and execute weekly content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Create short-form video, B2B-focused LinkedIn posts, carousels, and campaign content
Write copy for social, email newsletters, and blogs
Monitor performance and bring recommendations — not just numbers
Run campaigns for key moments (EOFY, holiday gifting, product launches)
Website maintenance - keep the website standards high in both CVR and aesthetic
Product & Merch
Stay across trends in corporate gifting, B2B trends, promotional products, and lifestyle brands
Identify new product opportunities and ideas for clients
Contribute to a running hero product pipeline
Help turn product ideas into content and client proposals
Website product merchandising know which products to promote where based on trends and data
Ownership
Deliver your weekly plan without being followed up
Manage your own priorities and deadlines
Bring proactive ideas — for content, for products, for growth
Use AI tools to work smarter and faster
What We're Looking For
1–2 years in marketing, content, social media, or a related role
Strong feel for short-form video and what makes content stop the scroll
An all-rounder something who is happy to jump into different things
Good taste — you know what looks sharp and what doesn't
Has a can-do attitude and loves hands on work
Curious About Trends, Brands, And What People Actually Buy
Highly organised and self-directed
Genuinely excited by AI tools and using them to level up your output
Comfortable working in a small team where your work is visible and it matters
You don't need to have done every part of this role before. We're looking for attitude, aptitude, and someone who's ready to grow into it.
Why This Role
Hybrid flexibility out of our Fitzroy office - Three days in office, two days from home
Real ownership from day one
A clear development pathway
Work on briefs that actually get seen in the market
Small team, big impact
To Apply
Send your CV and, if you have one, a short portfolio or examples of content you're proud of. We'd love to see what you've made, not just where you've worked.
Before we jump into the responsibilities of the role. No matter what you come in knowing, you’ll be learning new things all the time and the For Keeps Merch team will be there to support your growth.
🟢 Please consider applying even if you don't meet 100% of what’s outlined 🟢
Key Responsibilities
