We are looking for a People & Culture Manager to work alongside our agency leaders and report directly to the Managing Director. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to genuinely shape culture, people practices and the employee experience across the agency.

What a typical week looks like in the role of P&C Manager: This standalone role balances strategic HR advisory with hands-on operational support.

You’ll partner closely with leaders across the business on team development, performance, engagement, and people-related challenges. You’ll oversee the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, probation reviews, 90-day plans, training coordination, rewards & recognition, and offboarding. You’ll also manage the day-to-day people operations of the agency, including recruitment, contracts, policies, HR documentation and employer-sponsored visa processes.

You’ll also build initiatives that strengthen culture and retention across the agency, including employee engagement surveys, wellbeing initiatives, internal communications, and employer branding support.

You Should Feel Confident

  • Partnering with agency leaders to advise on employee engagement, development, performance, and wellbeing.
  • Owning the end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle across the agency.
  • Building scalable people processes, policies, and frameworks that improve accountability, consistency, and employee experience.
  • Leading people initiatives such as engagement surveys, rewards & recognition programs, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Identifying people risks early and proactively addressing issues.
  • Managing a standalone HR function with confidence, ownership, and strong prioritisation skills.
  • Building genuine and trusted relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Navigating complex employee relations matters in line with National Employment Standards, FW legislation and company values, maintaining a supportive and neutral view.
  • Managing compliant and up-to-date HR processes and documentation, including contracts, org charts, salary reviews and employer-sponsored visas.
