We're looking for licensed engineers to help train AI systems on technical drawing interpretation and construction document analysis. You'll evaluate AI performance on blueprints, structural calculations, quantity takeoffs, and engineering specifications — ensuring AI-generated outputs meet the precision expected by practicing engineers.

The ideal candidate is a Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) with expertise in structural or civil engineering and hands-on experience interpreting construction drawings, performing quantity takeoffs, and reviewing technical specifications. You understand the critical details in engineering documents that AI must get right.

This is a flexible, remote, hourly role — apply your engineering expertise on your own schedule.

Contract and Payment Terms

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your work at Mercor will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
