Our latest advancement - a powerful new card issuing platform and intuitive management portal—is revolutionising how businesses issue, track, and optimise rewards and payments.

The role:

As our foundational Head of New Business, you’ll find an enormous “greenfield” sales patch, and the opportunity to introduce a product that provides true benefits for retailers, as well as significant career progression opportunities as iGoDirect scales.

You have a strong understanding of digital retail and the desire to truly make a difference for the companies we work with. You are a natural hunter, seeking enjoyment in matching the value of the iGoDirect suite of products to brands that will benefit. You’ll build relationships, teams, and a product that has a genuine impact on the world - and help shape the future of smarter, more sustainable commerce.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify, nurture, and close sophisticated large-scale negotiations, generating win-win outcomes with our partners and prospects. You will assume end to end accountability for complex, multi-buyer relationships.
  • Create and articulate our core offering, to drive engagement, solidify deals and grow revenue
  • Lead, coach and rally a team of inbound & outbound sales reps. We want you to co-create the long-term strategy for the Enterprise sales team including deal terms, operations, effectiveness, and performance.
  • Liaise with internal teams including product, marketing and customer success to actively support the awareness and growth of the iGoDirect group of products.
  • You’ll consolidate our three individual offerings and brands into one unified story, method, and approach
  • You are on top of trends in the industry to identify up and coming players, themes, and opportunities for iGoDirect.

What you’ll bring:

  • 8+ years’ experience in business development or relationship management. You’ll likely come from a progressive, software based product – and have experience in creating and retaining relationships across tier one brands in Australia
  • Experience in enterprise level solution selling. Any exposure to ecommerce, payments & loyalty technology would be a huge plus
  • A track record of managing complex sales processes with enterprise customers. You know how to cultivate new opportunities, exceed targets, effectively forecast and close sales
  • You are a people-first people leader. You care deeply about your team and their individual and collective success
