The role:
As our Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll step into a “greenfield” sales opportunity, with the chance to introduce a suite of innovative products that deliver real, measurable impact to Australian retailers and enterprises. You’re a driven and strategic business development professional with a passion for helping brands unlock value through smart technology and seamless customer engagement.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll own the entire sales cycle—from identifying new enterprise opportunities to closing complex, high-value deals. You’ll be backed by a dynamic, growing team and an industry-leading platform, with genuine opportunities for career progression as iGoDirect scales.
What you’ll do:
- Proactively source, engage, and close new deals across our client base across top ASX 200 clients, often retail, ecommerce, and services businesses
- Present and tailor the full iGoDirect value proposition of loyalty rewards, promotions & cards – presenting a cohesive story on where iGo can support them to stakeholders across marketing, CX, HR, and procurement functions
- Lead discovery sessions to deeply understand client challenges, objectives, and how iGoDirect solutions can help
- Reactivate dormant clients and present them with wider solutions from the iGo portfolio. These are complex, multi-touch sales cycles and you will be in the driver's seat
- Collaborate with internal teams across product, marketing, and account development to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Contribute to sales strategy and feedback loops by identifying trends, opportunities, and insights from the field
- Stay informed on industry developments in loyalty, prepaid, promotions, and payment technologies
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in enterprise business development, preferably within martech, fintech, loyalty, or from a digital agency
- A proven track record of growing bottom-line through planning, relationship management, and commercial negotiation.
- Proven ability to win new business through consultative, solution-based selling
- A self-starter mindset: you’re proactive, accountable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a scaling business
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your message across different business functions
