The role:
As an Inside Sales Executive at iGoDirect, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth engine - introducing retailers and brands to a product suite that genuinely drives results. You’ll play a key role in both our inbound and outbound sales efforts, helping qualify leads, spark new conversations, and support the momentum of our fast-growing team.

What you’ll do:
- Be the first point of contact for prospective customers — responding to inbound interest and reaching out to outbound leads.
- Understand our products deeply and communicate their value clearly and confidently to potential customers.
- Book meetings, run demos, and manage customers from enquiry right through to close - helping to drive pipeline growth and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and senior sales team members to align messaging and support campaign efforts.
- Keep our CRM system (Pipedrive) up-to-date with accurate information on leads and interactions.
- Learn, grow, and develop your skills as a sales professional in a company that values connection, ownership, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring:
- Some relevant experience in a sales, customer-facing, or target-driven role. Ideally you have exposure to b2b products and customers within retail, SaaS, agency or a high-growth startup
- Excellent communication skills: you're clear, confident, and engaging whether it’s on email, phone, or in-person.
- A sharp mind that can understand and articulate complex products and their features, benefits, and solutions
- A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment - you enjoy a bit of organized chaos and love solving problems.
