DACH Supply Chain Leader
OVERVIEW:
Ingenico´s DACH Operations team is responsible for all, planning, purchasing, customizing, distribution and support services which provide superior value to our customers, by having predictable, repeatable and scalable processes. The DACH Supply Chain Lead will work to deliver more efficiency and to drive better optimization with a goal of improving our customer satisfaction.
Scope :
- Manage DACH Operations for Terminal, Spares parts & accessories bought and delivered to our customer
- Dotted line management as you will be in matrix organization
- Be the key point of contact for the operation activities for DACH to manage execution & escalation.
External Relationships
- External suppliers, group supply (Paris), Local authorities (Customs, Payment certifiers,…), colleagues executing similar roles in other regions within EMEA.
Internal Relationships
- Local S&OP lead, local sales team, sales administrators, logistics and warehouse operations, customization & repair manufacturing
RESPONSIBILITIES:
General
-
Back up of other teams members regarding Admin task for Logistic or repair, aligned with the skills requested.

Monitor quality of Operations and manage recovery / improvement actions as required

Continuous Business and Process improvement to achieve process standardization, policies and procedure development and progressive information system utilization

Development, training and coaching of regional team members to ensure they are supported and developed to maximise their potential
S&OP
-
Drive alignment of the supply/demand for the region ensuring all customer requirements are met at leadtime.

Manage local inventory levels for the region balancing Supply/Demand with the company Goals, minimising excess and obsolescence, ensuring correct supply chilst maximising sea freight logistics

Share best practices across all regions and contribute to initiative to harmonise processes across all regions.

Drive Demand planning activities (via S&OP process)

Participate to EOL production management
Logistics
-
Knowledge of logistic customs process (VAT, documents,…) to make shipment from in & outside DACH

Manage customization and delivery plan
-
Produce and analyze main logistics KPIs (SLA, Logistics costs, Freight costs)
Repair Operations
-
Manage the co-ordination of the regional repair forecasting (Units & Components), operational efficiencies, resource planning, financial reviews (Cost per Unit), etc.

Management and development of services business growth and profitability

Responsible for the costs of the services provided identifying areas of concerns and corrective actions to resolve

Responsible for new repair contract reviews with partners and customers to ensure alignment with capabilities and services available

Qualifications:

Preferable, Master in Supply Chain, Operations, or Manufacturing.
