Purpose
We are looking to hire a Global Channel Marketing Manager who will work on global partner programs, ranging from the creation of a Partner Onboarding program, establishing partner comms, going live with partner stories and launching running Partner events. The position reports to the Director of Partner Programs and will work closely with the Business Development, Channel, and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Works with the global partner programs team to develop channel marketing strategies and tools that includes a variety of content, events, email, social media and innovative campaign approaches
- Develops integrated marketing campaigns which are comprised of lead generation, lead acceleration, awareness, and retention elements strategically planned around the stages of the partner journey
- Designs and executes the strategy in concert with Ingenico Regional Marketing and Global Channel team
- Promotes Ingenico Partner Programs and partner’s use of marketing tools, campaigns and resources, while training and coaching partner’s marketing staff
- Facilitates meetings and discussions with an extended team of channel specialists, content marketers, subject matter experts and other constituents to define the appropriate marketing channels and strategies associated with the goals of the go-to-market plan. May solicit input and feedback through direct interaction with Customers or Partners for a greater customer focus
- Liaises with multiple organizations across Ingenico, including the product line, business unit, product management, and other countries or regions to represent the go-to-market plan and gather feedback to drive the planning process
- Measures and reacts to success metrics, performs actionable analysis and makes data driven decisions to improve outcomes and ROI
- Analyzes competitor behaviour to optimize marketing strategies
Profile
- Min. 5-7 years of experience in channel marketing, partner program in a technology company.
- Good written and oral communication in English, ideally French as well.
- Basic understanding of a partner ecosystem and how marketing plays a holistic role in a partner strategy
- In-depth knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and techniques
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, set priorities and identify areas of improvement/focus
- Analytical skills to measure ROI of partner marketing led efforts
- Former experience in the digital payments industry is a plus
- BA/BS degree, MBA or Masters degree is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce PRM is a plus
