Job purpose

 

As a Supply Chain Project manager, you will reshuffle our distribution and repair activities through 2 main axis: switch to “build to order” and centralize/harmonize our flows in order to reduce our inventory exposure, improve our service levels and lower our operating costs.

 

Reporting to the Industrial Project Director, you are responsible for the monitoring and coordination of transformation projects in the Supply Chain scope (S&OP and Demand planning, Freight, Distribution, and Repair), in alignment with strategic, tactical or operational Business evolution. The primary goal of the team is to improve the customer and internal Supply Chain teams' experience while optimizing operational efficiency (inventory, cost, and lead times), and this is achieved through the implementation of Core model and best practices, and the use of data-driven decision-making to identify and eliminate inefficiencies in the supply chain.

 

You consequently have a key role of Product Owner for the global IT solutions in the Supply Chain scope. This includes ensuring that these IT solutions are implemented effectively, meet the needs of the organization, and are continuously improved to support the Supply Chain team's objectives.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Work on the global Supply Chain Transformation Project management in all steps from scoping to deployment and support, in interaction with many functions within the company (Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, IT, R&D…)
  • Be the Product Owner for the global IT solutions in the Supply Chain scope to collect and priorize business requirements, represent business process owners to the development team and ensure that such IT solutions match expectations
  • Animate the Supply Chain network across Regions and Group to share/implement best practices/Core models

 

Experience

 

You have a Master's degree from an engineering/business school or from University and you have 5 to 10 years of professional experience, mainly in complex/transversal project management with Supply Chain exposure (S&OP, logistic flows, ERP/MRP…). Your relational, analysis and synthetis skills will be your assets. You are rigorous, able to challenge existing models and experienced in change management. You english is fluent in business context. Interest in financial controlling is a real plus.
