Scope
As Operations Quality Services Expert in Iberia Operations team, you will will be responsible for developing and implementing procedures for controlling, testing, and evaluating the quality of service in accordance with the company's standards.You will work closely with Ingenico digitasl transformation, commercial, product and technology teams, and existing and potential customers to define and have then executed the continious improvement plans
This role is open in Madrid, Spain, with an Iberian scope.
Responsibilities
- Review and control of the monthly Quality report
- Responsible for performing quality controls and improvement actions in the whole process.
- Coordination of the inter-area analysis in the E2E process from terminal deployment, through the associated services, as well as the environment of digital tools and different associated software.
- Action plan reporting and follow up
- Inter area coordination for action plan implementation and execution
- Improvements review and control
- Responsible for improvement point detection developing in coordination with operations new processes and action plans
- Ensures the follow-up and control of the action plans, as well as the result of these, implementing processes of continuous improvement
Experience / Skills
You have, at least, 3-year experience on a similar role
You can demonstrate significant experience in end-to-end process management with a track record of developing and executing transversal improvement action plans
