The Opportunity:
We have an opportunity for Dispatch Team Leader to join the team on a permanent basis in the Melbourne - Preston office.
This role is to supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of Dispatch/Logistics operators in Service Department of Ingenico
Areas of Responsibility:
- Manage services tasks such as depot dispatch, satchel dispatch, preconfiguring device services, internal stock management and stocktake
- Support with logistics services tasks such as receiving,secure destruction,stocktake and any ad-hoc requirements
- Creation of KPI reports and distribution to relevant stakeholders
- Support/manage minor projects to support the Service Centre
- Support/manage functions of Head of Distribution and Repair as required
- Support QMS documentation and audits
- Act in accordance with relevant Workers Health and Safety legislation and the company’s WH&S policy
- Act in accordance with relevant Environmental legislation and the company’s Environmental policy

Experience:
- Experience in managing warehousing / distribution / logistics environment of 1-2 yrs

Qualification:
- Relevant teritiary/diploma qualification in logistics
