Scope
This role is based at Valence, right next to the Valence TGV station (Valence TGV), which makes it very easily accessible by train (36 minutes from Lyon Part Dieu ...) !
You are part of the Accept project management team which manages the development of the terminal, coordinates the R&D of all stakeholders (electronics, mechanics, software, etc.) and coordinates numerous teams within the Ingenico business line (product marketing, NPI, purchasing, quality, R&D managers).
The project team is made up of a terminal project manager in charge of the terminal, a software project manager in charge of grouping, monitoring and coordinating all development needs for the terminal and specific software such as security tools, …
The development of these platforms takes place in China and Europe and you will be in charge of supervising the activities of all the teams involved, managing the planning, the budget, the meetings of the central team, the reporting and participating in technical choices …
Main responsibilities
- Create, lead and coordinate a cross-functional Project and Program team.
- Build and monitor program reporting (weekly reports, SteerCo, Stage Gate, etc.) and present the reporting to management.
- Build and monitor the program's KPIs and review them with the teams involved: Schedule, Quality, Budget, Risks, etc.
- Supervise and lead delivery teams and resolve potential project issues or conflicts within different stakeholder groups or other programs/projects.
- Interact with other work package managers, located in multiple countries and with different teams, developing long-term relationships that lead to effective delivery.
- Make trade-off decisions between quality, cost, resources, scope, schedule and risks keeping Ingenico's strategic vision in mind.

- Support Android POS roadmap development activities and ease introduction support and deployment.
- Build our reputation as a trusted partner and thought leader in the transversal activities management.
- Reach the project objectives (schedule, quality & performance, budget, …).
- Tackle risks management and propose solutions and alternatives.
Profile
You hold a Master's degree in computer science or electronics – general engineering diploma and have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in the design and execution of large programs or management of large projects (> 1 million euros or more than 2000 M.D.). You speak French and English at a very good level.
Important skills :
- Proficiency in the Android environment (VM Virtual machine, Android emulator, Cuttlefish, AOSP, Android versions A13, A14,)
- Good command of business case management, planning and control, financial monitoring and risk management, as well as change management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (presentations, team meetings etc)
- Strong leadership skills - Creating and leading a project/program team in multicultural environment (European/Chinese/…)
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork
- Business-oriented and customer-oriented mindset, competent in managing relationships with third parties and clients.
Skills we'd like:
