Scope
As IT Manager, you lead the Salesforce development and operational management, ensuring the platform’s robustness, scalability, and alignment with business objectives. You interact closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing and Customer services to provide Ingenico Experience from prospects to customers (including field services and support). It involves overseeing the Salesforce environment, managing offshore supplier relationships, and driving continuous improvement in system performance and functionality.
Main responsibilities
As a project Manager, you are accountable for technical activities (design, developments/configuration, tests) and deployment (including user support) of the application in the best quality/cost/deadline effective way meaning :
- Understanding the business processes to be implemented and gather the requirements
- Leading Salesforce development teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements,
- Driving the adoption of best practices in development, testing, and release management
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with offshore suppliers (Human resources outsourcers), ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Ensuring compliance with data security and privacy regulations
As an application Manager, you make sure application and improvement are continuously aligned with business and consistent with the operating modes coordinating all contributors linked to the IT operation, meaning :
- Monitoring system performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance user experience and system efficiency
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems
Profile
You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field and at least 10 years of proven experience in managing complex Salesforce environments.
Important skills :
- Close familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum framework and DevOps practices (ci/cd), with Git, Azure DevOps.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing offshore suppliers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Autonomous and agile
Nice-to-have skills :
- Certifications in Salesforce development and administration
- Excellent knowledge of Sales Cloud, CPQ, Pardot, Case Management, Service Cloud, CTI with AWS Connect and Genesys
