Job summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and process-oriented Marketing Revenue Growth Specialist / Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Central Marketing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to qualify and route inbound leads from webforms, events, and marketing campaigns to the appropriate sales representatives, customers and partners, along with required follow-up. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and a strong ability to follow and optimize lead management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Qualification: Review, assess, and qualify inbound leads generated from webforms, events, and marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet defined criteria.
  • Lead Routing: Efficiently qualified route leads to the appropriate sales team members based on region, industry, or product interest.
  • Lead status follow-up: Constantly review the status of assigned leads and follow up with impacted sales
  • CRM Management: Accurately log all lead interactions and qualification details in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), maintaining data integrity and ensuring proper follow-up.
  • Process Optimization: Follow and refine lead management workflows, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to enhance processes and improve conversion rates.
  • Communication: Engage with prospects via email, and chat to gather additional information, answer initial inquiries, and set clear expectations for next steps.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, customers and partners, and operations teams to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment on lead generation strategies.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead volumes, qualification rates, and handoff success metrics to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or similar lead qualification role, preferably in a B2B direct and tiered channel environments.
  • Strong process orientation with the ability to manage and optimize workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and lead management tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a proactive/can do mindset.
  • Resilience and Persistence – Comfort with rejection and ability to push through challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the EMEA region and understanding regional market dynamics.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
  • Understanding of lead qualification and the sales funnel (MQL → SQL → Opportunity).
