We are seeking a data analysis intern to design, build, and deploy analytics and dashboards, and to support ongoing strategic initiatives. This role will drive efficiencies, enhance progress monitoring, and establish a systematic approach for KPI preparation, reducing data collection time and increasing capacity for analysis. Additionally, we aim to leverage automation. In addition to the responsibilities listed below, the Business Analyst will work with the team on commercial transformation initiatives. The intern will join the Sales Transformation office and work with the Global performance management lead.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and Implement Reporting Solutions: Develop specifications to deploy and maintain regular reports for the top Management team and committees.
  • Build automated reports and dashboards based on business needs.
  • Collaborate with IT for Implementation and Support: Partner with the IT team during implementation phases and provide ongoing support for deployed solutions.
  • Participate in data and Process improvements: Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual interventions and resolve issues.
  • Prepare ad-hoc internal reports for the management and develop impactful visualizations to clearly present data and facilitate decision-making
  • Help drive key commercial transformation initiatives

You are a good fit if you:

  • Are currently studying in a bachelor or master degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field, with a strong preference for qualifications in Economics, Finance, Informatics, or Statistics and looking for a final-year internship.
  • Have excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Have an interest in data visualization to present findings in an impactful way
  • Commercial and transformative mindset
  • Enjoys a global working environment


Meaningful Skills :

  • Fluency in English
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, willing to work on Power BI and similar tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role preferred.
