Scope

You are a dynamic, curious and motivated student looking for an internship to work on various missions in the field of sustainability. Sustainability is one of the three main pillars in the company strategy and is a cross function that drives every subject related to sustainable development. You will report to the CSR Co-leaders and may expect frequent interactions with the company's leaders.

Responsibilities

Your main tasks around CSR will be:

1. Sustainability reporting
   • Enhance and structure the methodology of indicators and the reporting protocol
   • Implement and manage the CSR data collection on the reporting tool Tennaxia Platform
   • Participate to the training of new local contributors (for ESG KPIs)
   • Participate to the design and drafting of the sustainability report aligned with the CSRD requirements
   • Suggest possible evolutions of CSR data to be collected for the Reporting expected in 2025 (Green Taxonomy, CSRD, etc.)

2. Support the Sustainability Road Map
   • Quarterly retrieve follow-up data from action owners
   • Support the CSR Co-leaders in the execution of the sustainability strategy (objectives, KPIs and targets)

3. Green Taxonomy (% green capex, % green opex, % green turnover)
   • Determine the information to be reported and supporting documents from an audit perspective
   • Collect available information and identify those missing in current information systems to automate the collection and reliability of the data to be reported
   • Determine the consistency of our current tools with the needs as well as any training to follow (Finance & CSR teams)

Profile

You are a Master’s student from University or a Business school and you are looking for an internship in the field of CSR.
