Join Our Team
We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a Senior Sales Support to join us in Milano. This is a hybrid position, offering a balance between office-based and remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Actively support Sales team and communicate with Customers regarding offers, contracts, and budgeting to ensure alignment and satisfaction
- Develop, update, and share order statuses to meet internal and external customer requirements
- Collaborate closely with supply chain and sales teams to support project start dates
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure key project milestones are achieved
- Produce, maintain, and monitor performance metrics related to on-time delivery, planning cadence, and production workload
- Identify and elevate performance trends and improvement opportunities using data insights
- Maintain up-to-date production planning boards to ensure team visibility and alignment
- Monitor progress against budget and targets, ensuring timely corrective actions
- Support the sales team in maintaining and updating CRM data
- Extract and prepare reports from CRM systems to support business reviews and decision-making
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical, organizational, and planning abilities
- Strong commercial attitude and customer focus
- Demonstrated critical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced, interrupt-driven environment
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce is an advantage
