Social Media Lead
Responsible for developing and executing Ingenico’s global social media strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and marketing objectives.
Vision and Direction
- Develop and lead Ingenico’s global social media strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, brand vision, and market trends.
- Provide strategic direction to enhance social media presence across key platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
- Work closely with global and regional teams to tailor social media strategies for local relevance, ensuring seamless integration into overall marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media initiatives are aligned with broader marketing, demand generation, and customer growth objectives.
Campaigns
- Collaborate with Message House and regional teams to create, implement and execute integrated social media campaigns supporting demand gen, awareness and business goals.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop engaging, high-quality visual and written content for social media platforms, ensuring campaigns are engaging and on-brand.
- Oversee the development of social media calendars to align global initiatives with regional marketing activities, balancing brand awareness and tactical marketing content.
Content
- Lead the creation and management of engaging, original content for social media platforms, including social copy, images, videos, and infographics.
- Ensure content aligns with the brand's tone of voice, resonates with target audiences, and supports overall marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, PR, marketing) to ensure alignment of social media content with broader marketing and business messaging.
Tracking & Reporting
- Define and track KPIs to measure the success of social media efforts.
- Use analytics tools to generate insights, track campaign performance, and inform strategy.
- Provide regular performance reports to key stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.
- Ensure tracking mechanisms such as UTM tagging and social listening are in place to gather audience insights and improve campaign performance.
Collaboration
- Act as the subject matter expert on social media best practices, working with internal teams to ensure a cohesive global social media strategy.
- Partner with regional teams to adapt and execute global strategies that are relevant to local markets.
- Collaborate with PR and media relations teams to integrate social media into larger communications strategies.
- Lead the development of an employee advocacy program, empowering employees to share content and amplify Ingenico’s message on social media.
- Provide training and support to regional teams, enabling them to participate in advocacy initiatives and grow the brand’s presence
