About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Planning Executive to join our Operations / Supply Chain team within the Ingenico Terminal Group. In this role, you will own end-to-end supply chain planning, production coordination, and delivery execution with our Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) partner, ensuring on-time delivery, inventory optimization, and cost control in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment.
This is a permanent, full-time role based in Samutsakorn, Thailand, working closely with global stakeholders across APAC and Europe.
You will report to the Vietnam Supply Chain Planning Manager and the office location is as below

WORKING HOUR: 08:30am - 05:30pm / Monday to Friday
What You’ll Do
- Manage the EMS partner for all matters related to production planning, capacity constraints, and delivery performance
- Act as the key interface between the EMS factory and Ingenico Central Supply Chain (France), collaborating with Sales, Quality, NPI, and other internal teams
- Resolve material and production issues, including shortages, excess inventory, capacity limitations, and priority conflicts
- Develop and maintain a Master Delivery Plan, balancing regional demand with production and scheduling constraints in a short lead-time environment
- Communicate delivery commitments and risks clearly to Sales teams in France and internal stakeholders, including senior leaders
- Control and minimize excess and obsolete inventory (raw materials, WIP, finished goods) within agreed budgets
- Manage additional costs related to expedited transportation or purchase price variance driven by supply or demand volatility
- Coordinate with logistics partners and 3PL warehouses to ensure smooth inter-company order processing and shipments
- Track and report on KPIs, including on-time delivery, planning accuracy, inventory health (DII, aging, E&O), and revenue impact
- Proactively identify risks, escalate issues, and drive solutions to support business continuity and customer satisfaction
What You’ll Bring
Education & Qualifications
- University degree in Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics, or International Trade
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, production planning, or a planning supervisor / team lead role
- Prior experience in electronics manufacturing or EMS environments is strongly preferred
- Exposure to OEM–EMS coordination and cross-border supply chains is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and collaboratively in a global environment
- Comfortable influencing without direct authority
Technical Skills
- ERP experience (SAP MM/SD preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Language
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Thai Language (spoken and written)
