The HRIS team is responsible for designing, deploying, and evolving HR tools and processes covering the entire employee lifecycle (Recruitment, Performance, Learning, Compensation, Administrative Management, etc.)

The HRIS Specialist acts as the Group’s HR Information System expert (SuccessFactors).

They lead and implement new initiatives, processes, and HR tools to optimize operational efficiency and user experience.In this role, they serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the HRIS at the Group level and manage implementation and evolution projects in close collaboration with HR and IT teams.

Responsibilities:

HRIS Management and Administration:Take operational and project responsibility for HRIS tools.Act as the global administrator of the HRIS.Ensure security, access management, and user permissions.Maintain data integrity and consistency within the HRIS.

Projects and Continuous Improvement: Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.Regularly audit the HRIS and identify areas for improvement.Implement process enhancements and HR policy changes.Anticipate, document, and deploy semi-annual SuccessFactors updates.Provide recommendations on new features and best practices.

HR CampaignsPrepare and execute annual campaigns in the HRIS:Performance & ObjectivesCompensationBonusEnsure data reliability and smooth campaign execution.

Collaboration and Support: Work closely with HR teams to improve operational efficiency.Collaborate with IT to deliver secure, reliable, and sustainable solutions.Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues, ensuring proper incident tracking.Act as the reference point for HRIS users.

Reporting, Training, and Support: Create, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards based on business needs.Develop and deliver training content for HRIS users.Ensure information availability at any time.

HRIS Scope Development: Lead projects to expand and strengthen HRIS capabilities across the Group.

Profile and Skills:Detail-oriented, rigorous, and reliable.Strong learning ability and curiosity.Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to work in an international environment.

Professional proficiency in English and French (spoken and written).

Advanced Excel skills.

Solid first experience with an HR Information System.

Experience and/or certification in SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.

Previous HR experience is an advantage.
