Reporting & Mission
As EMEA Indirect Procurement Buyer, you report to the Repair, Field Service, Customer Service Procurement Manager.
You will act as the primary procurement interface between Ingenico’s EMEA local entities and external suppliers for indirect categories, notably Finance, IT, and Field Services.
This position works in close collaboration with Global Indirect Category Managers to ensure alignment with group sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Assume ownership of negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationships
Serve as the procurement representative within project teams and local teams
Act as the liaison between internal customers (Finance, Operations, Legal) and suppliers
Build and develop relationships with key suppliers
Identify alternative suppliers and manage sourcing & qualification when needed
Support internal teams in achieving cost optimization and budget objectives
Ensure compliance with Ingenico procurement policies and contractual standards
Competencies / Skills Requirements
Strong negotiation skills: ability to negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts
Data-driven with solid analytical skills
Organized, rigorous, and results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Integrity: being honest and ethical is essential
Reliability and responsibility in fulfilling obligations
Fluent English, both spoken and written
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Education / Qualification Requirements
Master’s degree in Purchasing
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in purchasing
