We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in device management, joining our product team as a trusted partner to help solve customer challenges in the B2B space. This role is critical for identifying market problems, validating customer needs, and ensuring these insights are translated into delivery. You will also support customers and our Sales Engineering team in solutioning for concrete use cases, leveraging deep product knowledge and strong analytical rigor.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Problem Discovery
• Engage directly with customers to uncover pain points and unmet needs.
• Apply structured analysis to complex situations, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.

Solutioning & Product Support
•Collaborate with Sales Engineers to design solutions for customer-specific use cases.
•Provide deep product expertise during pre-sales and post-sales engagements.

Market & Use Case Analysis
• Analyze trends and competitive offerings impacting device management.
• Abstract findings into clear problem statements and strategic recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Product Management and Delivery teams to prioritize and implement solutions.
• Act as a bridge between customer requirements and technical execution.

Thought Leadership
• Represent the company as a subject matter expert in customer meetings, industry events, and internal workshops.

Key Competencies

• Strong culture of ownership and excellence.
• Analytical mindset with ability to abstract complex problems into clear, strategic concepts while maintaining attention to detail across business and technical aspects.
• Adaptable and effective in fast-paced, global environments.
• Collaborative and open-minded, with strong interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technical background, capable of discussing high-level architectures and API-based products.
• Solid knowledge of cloud computing and related technologies.

Qualifications

•5+ years in Product Management or Solution Consulting in B2B technology.
• Strong background in device management, payment ecosystems, or acquirer solutions is a plus.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Business degree is a plus.
