Guided by trust, innovation and care, we build technology that moves payments and fintech forward. It's a great time to join us as we evolve from hardware first to a clousd based ecosystem that will provide customers with more ways to pay.

The impact you’ll make
As Senior Financial Analyst for Malaysia and Singapore, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our financial operations are accurate, compliant, and well governed. You’ll bring clarity and control across accounting, statutory requirements, and outsourced service delivery, while acting as a trusted finance partner to local leaders. Your insight will directly support confident, informed business decisions across the region.

What you’ll do

  • Own and govern finance service delivery from our outsourced partner, covering Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger activities
  • Ensure monthly closings are accurate, timely, and compliant, meeting agreed service levels and resolving issues as needed
  • Take ownership of statutory reporting, audit coordination, and tax deliverables for Malaysia and Singapore
  • Lead and support budget, forecast, and rolling forecast submissions in relevant financial systems
  • Analyse financial performance across functions, products, and key KPIs, translating data into clear business insights
  • Support regional and Group finance initiatives and projects as required
  • Manage intercompany cross charges and maintain supporting agreements
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen collaboration between internal teams and outsourced partners
  • Provide ad hoc financial support to meet evolving business needs

What helps you succeed

  • A degree in Finance or Accounting, with professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or MIA considered an advantage
  • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in FP&A or a strong analytical finance role
  • Solid knowledge of local statutory, tax, and compliance requirements in Malaysia and Singapore
  • Proven experience working with outsourced finance partners or shared service environments
  • Background within a multinational organisation
  • Experience with SAP and TM1 is preferred
  • A hands on, detail oriented approach, balanced with the ability to see the bigger picture
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels

How you’ll work remotely
This role can be based anywhere in Malaysia, you must have the right to work in Malaysia. You’re comfortable taking ownership, managing priorities independently, and staying accountable in a remote first environment. Detail focused and analytical, you balance accuracy with commercial awareness and communicate clearly to keep work moving across teams and partners.
