The impact you make
As our Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and Transport Coordinator, you help keep products, repairs and replacements flowing smoothly between customers, suppliers and our service centre. Your work directly supports service quality, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. RMAs keep the physical side of payments technology visible, controlled and moving.
By managing returns, tracking deliveries, and resolving exceptions, you help ensure our teams can focus on delivering great outcomes for customers, every day.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate and administer the RMA process for stock movements between customers, suppliers and the repairs team
- Create and manage RMAs for returned and in repair stock
- Work with Commercial Managers to set priorities and manage urgent requests
- Track and audit inbound and outbound deliveries, including returns to supplier and incorrect deliveries
- Investigate deliveries and returns that exceed expected timeframes, with a focus on keeping in transit stock below 90 days
- Liaise with transport providers and internal teams to resolve issues quickly
- Follow WHS, environmental, quality management and information security policies at all times
- Participate actively in team meetings and daily operations, contributing ideas and improvements
- Communicate clearly and constructively with colleagues across the business
What helps you succeed

- Experience in a warehousing, logistics or distribution environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to prioritise, multitask and meet KPIs
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to take initiative
- Experience working both autonomously and as part of a team
- A working knowledge of Customer Asset Management Systems (CAMS) and Inbound Repairs Process (IRP) systems
- Solid understanding of workplace health and safety principles
