Full Service is the premium service offering within TurboTax. It is a transformative experience that reimagines how an expert prepares and ﬁles taxes for a customer virtually, and gets their taxes done with complete conﬁdence and max refund guaranteed. Your Role

As a Product Manager 2 for a 2-sided service offering, you need to gain comprehensive understanding of how people, processes and technology interact and connect with one another. You will be a part of a cross functional team to identify customer needs and pain points, create the transformative service experience and translate them into actionable development plans - create concepts, prototype solutions, measure, iterate and manage end of end feature roll out and analysis, efﬁciently scale with speed and high quality.

Qualifications

2+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role.
Tax experience strongly preferred, but not
Proven track record of delivering results that impact critical business 2-sided network experience is a plus.
Experience working with legal, compliance, and regulatory partners to deliver complex technical solutions.
Energized by working across multiple Strong partnership and inﬂuence skill - driving prioritization and feature requirements to capabilities teams.
Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to inform
Has a 'can do' attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Insanely curious, with a strong attention to Self-aware with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve.
Bachelor’s degree required with a focus in computer science, business Equivalent experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

Translates vision into strategy and an execution roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes aligned with objectives.
Partners with engineering, design, and tax partners to deliver experiences that touch both consumers and experts.
Understands how to deliver capabilities and experiences that will be shared across multiple personas and customer archetypes.
Create learning plans to identify and test the biggest hypotheses to drive your KPIs and success metrics.
Identiﬁes new opportunities based on customer and competitive research, industry trends and best practices.
Creates and maintains momentum, helping teams move forward swiftly and with rigor, a learning mindset, and a bias toward action.
Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and usage data to identify opportunities for improvements and new feature development.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $153,000 - $207,000, Bay Area California $149,500 - 202,000, Southern California $139,500 - 188,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
