Qualifications
- Proven success in educational content development and incorporating subject matter expert content to develop engaging on-demand and live PD.
- Hands-on experience with managing multiple PD events in middle school, high school and/or post-secondary setting.
- Management and delivery of on-demand, virtual and live, in-person PD for educators.
- Knowledge of instructional design theories and implementation best practices to engage educators.
- Knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools and experience with eLearning platforms.
- Expertise in developing PD utilizing a full enablement approach (needs assessment, plan and develop content, coordinate, deliver, monitor, evaluate).
- Demonstrates a growth mindset with the ability to think strategically and prioritize effectively toward data-driven outcomes, adjusting PD strategy to ensure strong engagement by educators.
- Demonstrated experience in using data to make informed program decisions and setting and meeting bold audience reach and engagement goals.
- Proven expertise in leading and executing a national PD program at scale, while also planning and implementing higher touch enablement for strategic audiences, preferred.
- Experience differentiating PD development and delivery based on audience needs, including factors such as content expertise and instructional experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills.
Education/Experience
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience developing and delivering PD to K12 and/or post-secondary educators.
- 5+ years of experience building scalable training programs across multiple formats (virtual, on-demand, hybrid, in-person).
- Prior experience in middle school, high school or post-secondary setting as an educator or administrator strongly preferred.
- Proven experience influencing at multiple levels - working on a cross-functional team, presenting to senior leadership (internally and externally), managing vendor relationships, and engaging with education stakeholders across the US.
- Experience developing and managing national programs with measured deliverables preferred.
- Prior experience working in a corporate environment developing PD programs at scale strongly preferred.
- Understanding of financial literacy education is preferred, but not required.
- Bachelors degree or higher in related field.
- This role will involve travel (~25%) to manage and deliver onsite PD.

The Sr. Program Manager of Professional Development (PD) is part of our Programs and Partnerships team. This individual will be responsible for building the vision, roadmap and execution of a scalable end-to-end program to provide PD to middle school, high school and higher education educators using the Intuit for Education curriculum. The success of this program will be measured by increases in educator confidence, product adoption and usage, and ongoing program engagement and advocacy. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a program for how we train educators to be more confident to teach personal finance using the Intuit for Education suite of products, and continue to hone their expertise over time.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $151000 - $204000, Colorado $129000 - $174500, Bay Area California $149000-201500, Southern California $137500-186000, Washington $135500 - $183000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
