Come join the Intuit Corporate Strategy and Development team as an Executive Assistant Business Partner (EABP) for Corporate Strategy. We are looking for creative problem solvers with a passion for innovation to join our team and revolutionize the way the world does business.
Intuit's Corporate Strategy and Development team works on highly visible, key acquisition and strategy initiatives. The team is focused on identifying, evaluating and executing on opportunities to drive growth and/or operational excellence for Intuit and its portfolio of businesses. The work mirrors the work found at top venture capital/private equity firms, investment banks and strategy consulting firms. Key activities include pursuing M&A opportunities, direct investing through Intuit Ventures, developing new and disruptive businesses, investigating strategic opportunities, designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research and analyses, and presenting findings to corporate leadership and Intuit’s Board of Directors.

*This position is a hybrid role (Est. 2-3 days a week in office) located at our Mountain View CA HQ. Candidates must live within a commutable distance from Mountain View CA or be available for relocation (US domestic relocation only). This is not a remote role.
Qualifications
- Creates collaborative processes with other administrative personnel to optimize cross-unit functions, working seamlessly with other EAs and strategy team and used to working in a team environment
- Builds effective and inclusive relationships with personnel at a variety of levels
- Successfully plans and executes onboarding for managers and department employees
- Provides guidance to other employees regarding new methods, assignments or procedures
- Suggests relevant process improvements
- Exercises excellent judgment

- Proven organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines with excellent time management and instinct for prioritization, able to switch between detailed work and the bigger picture
- Ability to work on own initiative and to have a solution-orientated approach, thinking out of the box on problem solving without instruction
- Resilient and mature with an ability to empathize with both team and EA cluster expectations
- Adaptable to ambiguity, different environments, expectations, personalities and constant change

- Proactive with ability to think ahead, identifying and resolve issues before conflict arises
- Proficient in suite of standard office software and operation of office equipment , experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook preferred
- Fundamental project management experience, including development of basic project plans and successful execution
- BA or AA preferred
Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative assistance to the corporate strategy team including Intuit’s SVP of corporate strategy, several directors, and their reports in the Corporate Strategy & Development (CS&D) team. Apply skills and analytical knowledge to perform the more complex duties of the position and work closely with EABPs supporting other Intuit leaders. Initiate appropriate action to resolve routine to moderately complex problems, escalating issues to management when appropriate. Exercise excellent judgment and handle confidential information appropriately.
Typical deliverables might include but are not limited to:
- Plan and manage multiple calendars and travel arrangements and itineraries
- Work collaboratively with EAs in a ‘cluster’ team environment, providing back up cover for their teams during holiday or sickness
- Special projects for department and/or corporate initiatives coordinated and administered to include, customer interviews, external meetings, and internal meetings.
- Timely response to emails, voice-mails, and written correspondence on behalf of strategy team leaders
- Department budget administration support, including purchase order creation and expense reports
- Department initiatives and projects tracked; outstanding action item follow-up and status reports to manager
- Reference documents created, maintained and updated for department use
- General questions answered, unknown answers researched and appropriate information dispensed to employees and customers/vendors
- Work with CS&D EABP team on site planning and space arrangements for new hires
- Org chart maintenance for functional group
- Organize office social events, network with the group, team offsites, etc
- Support hiring, onboarding planning and provide meeting support to new hires
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $50.50 - 68.00 hourly. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
