Job Overview

Join the Global Corporate Affairs and Public Policy Team as an Executive Assistant Business Partner in the Washington, DC Office. The Executive Assistant will work in conjunction with various levels of the organization to support the administrative needs of the team across geographies.

Qualifications

Judgment. Represent the values of the organization internally and externally. Uses excellent judgment with areas of responsibility and demonstrates ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information.
Communication Ability. Clear and effective communication at multiple levels with diverse audiences (internally and externally). Knows and understands all of the tools that support Intuit and is comfortable coaching others on them.
Managing work. Track record of juggling multiple projects and managing deadlines with an attention to detail and focus of quality.
Problem solver. Understands key stakeholders' (leaders and the teams they support) needs and translate them into solutions and actions for the business. Addresses challenges with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Give and receive feedback. Comfortable giving and receiving feedback to nurture the relationships you have with teams and peers. Highlight strengths and uncover blind spots, inspiring us to create meaningful goals for our performance.

Qualifications:

5-10 years work experience, 1-3 years supporting executive leaders
Budget management a big plus, financial and analytical proficiency a must
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel) as well as Google Docs,

Google Sheets and Google Slides

Proficient in Concur and SmartSheets a plus

Responsibilities

Provide flawless administrative support to Intuit’s Global Corporate Affairs and Public Policy Senior Leaders in the Washington DC office (and one who works remotely in Canada). This is a fast-paced office and candidate must think fast on their feet, be a problem solver and detail oriented. Candidate will:

Provide day to day planning management (calendar, events, operations mechanisms)
Interface directly with senior leaders within the Company across multiple time zones
Handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature which require in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures
Partner across organizational boundaries to deliver critical outcomes
Plan team off-sites and other key events throughout year
Help collection information, create documents and materials where necessary to support key meetings
Successfully plan and execute on-boarding for new employees
This position will work closely with other Executive Admins to execute all deliverables for Intuit with excellence, including being a backup as needed
Managing hosted events for VP and Directors both on and off site
Intuit utilizes a hybrid working model that brings together the best of virtual work and in-person connections and collaboration. This position will be required to work an average of 3 days per week in the Washington, DC office.
