Job Overview

Intuit Israel is seeking a proactive and dedicated Site Administrative Specialist to join our dynamic team in Petah Tikva. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support and maintaining efficient operations at the site.

Qualifications

3-4 years experience supporting executives in administrative roles.
Proven ability to manage high volumes of tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
Google Suite Expertise: The candidate should also demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Google Suite applications including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive. Experience in using these tools for team collaboration, document sharing and management is highly desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Keen problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
A friendly, cultural steward with a learning mindset.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Site's Accelerating functions.
Provide administrative support to two managers (Calendar, Travel, Expense reports etc.).
Coordinate site-wide initiatives, programs, and events including team-building days and large scale meetings.
Plan and organize engagement activities and events.
Offer operational support for programs and courses driven by the SiteBizOps team.
Manage Israel Site calendar, resolving any site-wide scheduling challenges.
Liaison with administrative vendors regarding refreshments, SWAG, deliveries, and more.
Assist with pre-visit planning and coordination for executive visits.
Oversee Chief of Staff's credit card payments and expense reports.
Actively participate in budget tracking for site initiatives.
Respond promptly and professionally to emails and written correspondence.
