Come join the Intuit A2D (Analytics, AI, and Data) Organization as a Staff Technical Program Manager in our Data Analytics PMO propelling key initiatives and driving the delivery of transformational change through program leadership. You will lead large initiatives as we further modernize our analytics and data ecosystem that uncover critical insights, corporate decisions, and in product experiences. This role spans multiple Intuit organizations. You will have a direct impact on the core technologies powering the analytics and data organizations and will leverage end to end strategies to unlock the power of data to deliver amazing customer benefits

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, related fields or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years Technical Program Management experience involving technology, business, and operational deliverables.
4+ years of experience working in an environment conducting data analysis, predictive modeling, descriptive statistics, and business forecasting
4+ years of experience driving software technology-based programs and organizational change; strong proficiency in SDLC, especially Agile, required.
Proven ability to build and lead integrated teams from various internal and external organizations across multiple locations.
PMI PMP certification, or equivalent, is strongly desired.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
Strong analytical skills with proven creative problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Critical soft skills: collaborating, influencing, emotional intelligence.
Ability to innovate under new and/or changing conditions.
Experience in product or customer financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of data analytics programs that crosses over multiple Organizations across Intuit. Collaborate closely with Directors and above regularly to accelerate outcomes.
Lead execution in partnership across multiple functions including Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and Data Science, as well as, with our product and marketing teams to drive critical insights
Identify when a decision or tradeoff is needed, drive discussions, assess options, and provide principled and data driven recommendations to stakeholders for final decision.
Develop, execute, and adapt high-quality program/portfolio management plan and breakdowns into pieces to be individually owned.
Quickly and effectively, identify and clarify the critical few issues and drive appropriate decisions and actions. Communicate results clearly and in actionable form.
Use data to assess progress to plan and outcomes and use independent judgement to provide insights; communicate progress, trends, and insights to stakeholders.
Evangelize change and contribute to the development of a high performing team by partnering with leadership to create a culture where teams are encouraged to share information, constructively debate, and communicate freely.
Navigate many different program areas with ease, drawing from experience to accelerate outcomes, predict challenges, and prevent failures.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $171,500 - 232,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
