We have an exciting opportunity that is deﬁning how we use analytics to transform customer experiences, accelerate business growth and optimize our growth efforts. We are looking for a data-driven individual with excellent analytical skills; someone who is an independent self-starter with experience in product conversion, engagement, and retention, and who possesses a passion for delivering data-driven insights to join Intuit’s Sales motion analytics team.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance and thought partnership to Business leaders and stakeholders on how best to harness available data for critical business needs and goals.
Effective storytelling with data, to educate and instill conﬁdence, motivating stakeholders to act on recommendations.
Manage the full cycle of iterative big data exploration, including hypothesis setting, data cleansing, insight generation/visualization, and action planning
Design and implement the approach needed to methodically and iteratively structure, extract, analyze, validate, and communicate data-backed insights
Partner with cross-functional teams to design and build analytics and reporting tools that are instrumental to automated self-serve
Use expertise and independent judgment in collaborating with peers, data engineers, database managers, and business analysts
Maintain a culture of high-quality output and growth
Respond effectively to unexpected pivots in plan and prioritize for best outcomes

Qualifications

7+ years of experience working with commercial, product analytics, web analytics, customer care analytics, or other customer experience analytics
Highly proﬁcient in SQL, Experimentation design and principles (A/B testing ) , Tableau, and Excel, Sales force. Familiarity with Product Analytics Tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, etc.) preferred
Experience in programming languages and stats packages (e.g. Python, R); experience in developing and deploying machine learning models preferred.
Experience in driving end to end measurement frameworks
Ability to tell stories with data, educate effectively, and instill conﬁdence, motivating stakeholders to act on recommendations
Ability to inﬂuence business decisions and utilizing data at the leadership level
Strategic thinker with ability to provide solutions for business problems
Excellent problem-solving skills and end-to-end quantitative thinking
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and key deadlines
Outstanding communications skills with both technical and non-technical leaders and colleagues
Proactive and inquisitive learner seeks out and capitalizes on opportunities for change that solve for our customers, rather than reacting to circumstances
Strong organization, time management and task prioritization skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Finance, Advanced Analytics, or related ﬁeld. Master’s Degree preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered
