We are searching for an experienced, reliable, detail-oriented Executive Assistant Business Partner (EABP) to be part of the team. The Senior EABP will support Intuit's SVP/GM of Mailchimp. The Senior EABP will be responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, proactive, collaborative, willing to learn, and capable of managing their workload as well as their executives’ workloads while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional administrative support to SVP/General Manager of Mailchimp; manage extremely complex and evolving calendar(s), manage and execute quarterly, semi-annual, and annual events, travel management, expense management and reconciliation, etc.
- Build and leverage strong relationships with Mailchimp SLT, EABP Leaders, and key Intuit Executives
- Partner across organizational boundaries to deliver outcomes with EABPs and others.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic business partner to SVP/General Manager of Mailchimp by developing a keen understanding of the business priorities and applying that knowledge to managing executive calendar management
- Serve as formal mentor and lead to Mailchimp EABP community of 25 EABP’s, to driving EABP best practices, conducting individual 1:1’s, cascading information and best practices, and upholding a high bar for performance
- Build strong relationships across Intuit EABP community by contributing to and driving best practices and being a steward of culture and connection
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years working at the SVP executive level, preferably with C-Level Execs in fast paced environments
- Ability to exercise complete discretion and handle highly confidential information with 100% integrity
- Proven leadership skills and teaming capability. Ability to coach and inspire others
- Self-starter who can operate independently and move quickly from one task to another; creative problem solver, seeks "win-win" solutions; energized by challenges
- Anticipatory—must be able to plan ahead and identify unforeseen needs
- Adaptability— Embrace change and pivot when changes arise
- Perseverance—ability to see things through completion regardless of obstacles
- Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Expert level proficiency with Outlook, Gsuite, and other scheduling, travel, expense, and event planning software
- Must be able to work within Hybrid Environment out of our Atlanta Office (average of 3 days per week in-office required)
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $57.00 - 77.00. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).
