Hundreds of designers at Intuit envision innovative products and features everyday to unlock more value to customers. The quality and velocity of their work makes a huge difference. That’s why Intuit is building a new cross-functional team based out of Toronto, Canada focused on design tooling and experience - what we call “Design Platform” - with the goal to 10x designer productivity. This Senior Product Manager will be the team’s product lead, responsible for reimagining and transforming the design experience at Intuit using AI and other technologies.
Responsibilities
- Reimagine the design experience at Intuit based on deep understanding of designer pain points and needs.
- Build strong working relationships with cross-functional leaders. Collaborate with them to co-create strategy and roadmap towards the vision.
- Collaborate closely with UX, Eng, etc. to build and deliver products.
- Regularly communicate plan, progress and success with the team and stakeholders.
- Monitor user data/feedback and market trends to seek improvement and new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 4+ years of product management experience.
- Comfortable with ambiguity. A “can do” and learning mindset. Ability to influence without authority.
- Passionate about new technologies such as GenAI and using them to power new experiences.
- Experience delivering products from 0 to 1.
- Optional but a plus: Experience with productivity tools. Familiar with design workflow.
