OverviewData is a strategic enabler for Intuit to achieve its mission of powering prosperity around the world. The AI, Analytics & Data team’s mission is to provide a managed, highly available and easy to use platform for handling data across the entire data production and consumption lifecycle to all Intuit’s data workers (data analysts, data scientists, data engineers, machine learning engineers, product developers etc) with delightful self-serve experiences and workflows.We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help revolutionize our self-serve data movement capabilities as well as continue to evolve our data registration/catalog capabilities, both are critical pillars that accelerate the journey towards data driven, AI/ML enabled, real-time insights and decision making processes. These products empower our application development, data engineering, data science and analyst teams to produce and consume high quality data in near real time. This lets them create delightful data driven experiences in Intuit’s products.You will be equal parts enabler and guardian of Intuit’s data assets, drive strategic Intuit-wide platform shifts to AI/ML driven experiences, and be an evangelist of a data-first development mindset at Intuit across all products.

- Deeply understand the customer problems and needs; leveraging customer research, usability studies, first-hand interviews, customer feedback, experiments, and usage/adoption metrics
- Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills with engineering, architecture teams, and business stakeholders; speak to the approach for implementing cross-product solutions.
- Identify, design, experiment, and iterate on product capabilities leveraging customers’/end users’ feedback, behavioral customer data, and market research.
- Think through unifying elements and common denominators; dream up data and workflow interfaces; translate it all into engineering-ready user stories; and work with product designers to create a self-serve product that will make working with data a delightful experience.
- Own your product. Set a clear vision, define your roadmap and share with cross functional teams. Evangelize your product vision to senior management and diverse stakeholders through customer research, hands-on data analysis and documentation
- Inspire and lead your team and others to execute and deliver your vision and solutions to solve customers’ biggest problems
- Ruthlessly prioritize your team’s backlog to ensure your team is making maximum customer impact.
- Define and analyze key performance metrics to support and inform product decisions.
- Drive product development with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact customer experiences quickly.
- Build strong relationships and drive cross-organizational alignment on your productdeliverables.
- Creating strategy documents, white-papers to sell your vision to leadership, customers and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a modern, data-driven environment.
- You know how to guide an engineering team and are comfortable around APIs, metrics and big data jargon. You have experience of dealing with data and problems around data including processing, compliance, quality, freshness, security, availability. You have worked or have experience with data engineer/ analyst/ reporting use-cases.
- You like to work in an agile fashion with your teams; go broad to go narrow; build, test, iterate.
- You have a passion for user experience and always puts users of your product first, as delighting your users is your ultimate mission.
- You have deep knowledge of and/or experience building products in one of these: Public Cloud, Distributed systems, SaaS, Big Data, AI/ML, Open Source across Cloud Platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure.
- You have experience with building platform solutions for enterprises either for internal or external customers.
- You have experience working with developers, analysts, data engineers and other data workers as customers and partners across the enterprise
- You can dive into details, know how to cut through the noise and prioritize quickly.
- You’re comfortable nurturing various projects in parallel, in different stages of maturity and velocity.
- You tackle challenges head-on and like to solve problems in elegant ways.
- You have an undergraduate degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline. Advanced degrees are a plus
