Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Trust and Safety Content Safety Investigator to join our team in Atlanta. In this hybrid role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the safety and integrity of content across Intuit’s platforms. You will be responsible for investigating and mitigating content-related risks, ensuring compliance with our policies, and helping maintain a safe and trustworthy environment for our users.
Please note that this position may involve exposure to sensitive and graphic content, including but not limited to vulgar, violent, and sexual content.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth investigations into content related risks, including AI generated and user generated content
- Enforce Content Moderation Principles to prioritize authenticity, integrity, safety, and transparency
- Analyze and review flagged content, using both automated tools and manual processes to assess potential risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, product, analytics, and policy to address content-related issues and improve tooling, policies, and understanding of abusive content
- Develop and implement strategies to proactively identify emerging content risks
- Provide clear and concise documentation of investigative findings and recommendations
- Prepare and deliver clear, effective communications and presentations for executive audiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of four years of experience in trust and safety, content moderation, intelligence, investigations, or a related field
- Experience with content moderation tools and technologies is a plus
- Familiarity with legal and compliance related to content moderation
- Experience working on policy analysis and identifying policy risks
- Experience with social or civic issues
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
