Job Overview
The QuickBooks India team includes Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product Management, Product Development, Finance and People Operations.What is the role?Intuit India go-to-market team is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to partner with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to build dashboards on online acquisition, customer purchasing behavior, website, web analytics, product usage, to track, analyze and deliver insights thereby help map the customer journey. In addition, would work on business modeling and forecasting to drive customer behavior, product adoption and sales in India. This role has a direct impact in growing our customer base and improving product experience through personalization as well as optimizing channels to maximize benefit to our customers as well as Intuit. This position also works alongside product manager, product developer, and analytics partners to deliver business results using data for insights and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Own key business metrics, support in-depth business reviews and present to senior executives
- Create an integrated dashboard with trend analysis and insights across all functions of the business – marketing, sales, product and operations - with an ability to drill down into each function
- Partner with our product management team to analyze, measure and drive improvements in product feature usage, understand customer behavior, therefore improve customer user experience
- Pull data from numerous sources and to create presentations for all levels of management
- Work closely with function heads to define and track weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual business plans/targets and ongoing performance review. Ensure that every function is equipped to track and analyze data
- Build forecasting and planning models to drive business effectiveness. Develop and validate hypotheses using data for business problems
- Innovate and implement test and learn strategies, implement ongoing improvements and invest in areas that drive scalable results.
- As the subject matter expert on marketing analytics, work directly with digital channel marketing teams, and technical/data specialists to create and execute marketing strategies for India.
- Provide the leadership team with insights regarding marketing campaign effectiveness and develop automated closed-loop reporting processes.
Qualifications
- 6-8 years relevant experience with a proven track record of leveraging analytics to drive significant business impact.
- Advanced SQL skills to get the data you need from a warehouse (Vertica, Hive, SparkSQL, etc) and perform data segmentation and aggregation from scratch
- Exposure to analytical and modeling tools and techniques – Excel, SQL, SAS, VBA Programming
- BE/B.Tech/MBA/BSc or MSc in statistics or Maths or relevant engineering degree
- Strong analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and optimize marketing programs.
- Proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau
- Goodunderstanding of Sales, Marketing and Product Lifecycles
- Good analytical skills. High attention to detail.

- Experience in working on tools like – Amplitude ,Tableau, Qliksense
