Job Overview
Come join the A2D (AI, Analytics, and Data) Product Management team as a Principal Product Manager for Applied AI Innovation at Intuit. The Smart Product organization within A2D is the centralized organization of applied AI expertise that builds AI native capabilities in Intuit’s products - QuickBooks, MailChimp, Turbo Tax, and Credit Karma.
In this role, you will be responsible for critical Smart Product initiatives to reimagine how we serve our consumer and small medium business customers, applying AI, generative AI, and agentic AI techniques. You will drive the AI-native innovation, leveraging data from within and outside of Intuit to supercharge the prosperity of our customers. This is a high-impact, high visibility role that will directly influence Intuit’s evolution. You will be excellent at navigating ambiguity, think at a transformative scale, and propel Intuit towards a new frontier.
Responsibilities
- Drive high-impact, strategic, thought-provoking AI-native product initiatives from conception to launch.
- Define the vision, strategy, roadmap, OKR, and success metrics for your products.
- Direct user research and prototype experimentation to validate the most promising hypotheses and decide when to double down or pivot.
- Think big and dive deep - explore unconventional ideas and challenge status quo assumptions to unlock new product experiences, while sweating the details to achieve the highest quality of seamless UX.
- Earn buy-in from stakeholders and inspire teams to charge forward with exceptional storytelling ability and cross-functional leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of Product Management or equivalent experience (Entrepreneur, Engineer Manager or Data Scientist Manager) for AI-native technical products in a fast paced, rapidly evolving environment.
- Track record of taking innovative consumer or enterprise software products from concept to production with record breaking adoption results.
- Exceptional strategic leadership, deep customer empathy and ability to transform ambitious ideas into reality through cross-functional partnership.
- High degree of technical understanding to be able to closely collaborate with technical leadership and working teams on both strategic and tactical decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present technical content to non-technical audiences and C-level executives.
- Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and influence beyond your immediate organization.
- Familiarity with the latest advancement of AI/ML technology, industry trend, key players. Familiarity with Intuit’s product offerings is a plus.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $226,000 - $305,500, Bay Area California $226,500-307,000, Southern California $213,500-288,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
