Job Overview
Come join the Intuit Asset Management Team as a Business Analyst II. We are responsible for managing all endpoints being distributed to Intuit workers in the US and in global sites. This is a challenging position that covers equipment purchasing, financial management and tracking, forecasting, vendor management, troubleshooting and working with internal partners to capture requirements for different areas of the business.
Responsibilities
- Support the analytic needs of a Business Unit or Functional Unit.
- Monitor shared infrastructure performance, troubleshoot failures, and analyze results.
- Suggest proposed solutions and improvements; work with cross-functional teams to design and drive implementation.
- Create reporting utilities, management reports, spreadsheet models, process flows, and ad-hoc queries to support business analysis.
- Validate output and apply thorough knowledge of the data to determine impact and outcomes.
- Interface with vendors and work with them to ensure they can meet the needs of Intuits business.
- Forecast future computer purchase needs and potential spend to create finance models based on what needs to be purchased for the next year.
- Create presentations for leaders covering status, health of the program and forward-looking purchases and projects
- Working with team members to define processes and communicate updates being implemented
- Drive process improvement projects throughout the year
- Perform other asset management related duties as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of demonstrable business analysis skills.
- Proven leadership, change management, and process management skills.
- Strong business knowledge of the domain.
- Consultative, customer-focused approach to problem solving.
- Ability to partner with teams across multiple organizations.
- Ability to manipulate information from multiple databases to develop reports.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, switch priorities, and learn new/complex processes.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Knowledge of Service Now, Ticketing, Asset Management Module, and Reporting
- Advance knowledge of Finance Processes and ability to work with Finance contacts in relation to this program.
- B.S. /B.A. or equivalent in related technology.
- CHAMP or CAMP certification a plus
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $106,500-144,500, Southern California $97,000-131,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at IntuitĀ®: Careers | Benefits).
