Overview
The Tech for Intuit organization at Intuit is looking for a Business Systems Analyst who is user-centric and can transform the technology that powers our hybrid workforce to be able to do the best work of their lives through the collaboration capabilities Intuit provides and supports our Brand Storytelling and Experiences team to deliver Events for Intuit . You are a customer advocate first and know how to balance that responsibility with the business analytics/metrics that drive success. You bring that ethos to work every single day, where you partner with design, analytics, and engineering team members to create and deliver integrated, innovative end-to-end employee experiences.
Responsibilities
As a Business Systems Analyst Tech 4 Intuit Organization, you will be responsible for supporting the strategy, roadmap and execution of of the below capabilities
- Hybrid Collaboration Technologies (via products such video conferencing, virtual collaboration SaaS, digital whiteboarding, hoteling, and more!)
- Virtual and Hybrid Events Technologies (via products such as virtual/hybrid event SaaS Responsibilities
- Business Requirements Document – detailed business and functional requirements, including documentation of end to end business process flows and use cases; this role works directly with the various business and functional stakeholders to understand the business need and document appropriately; understand risk and business impact to make appropriate prioritization and trade-off recommendations.
- Solution Signoff via Requirements Traceability – work with the system architects and product managers to ensure the solution meets the business requirements; complete requirements traceability document to validate solution with stakeholders; need to communicate solution to stakeholders so they understand how requirements will be met; negotiate any deferrals as needed.
- Testing - Test new features/software versions by ensuring all the test scenarios in scope and use cases are Review the results of the end to end tests to ensure the actual results meet the expected results; work with stakeholders to negotiate any defect deferrals, and ensure they are comfortable the system is performing as designed, prior to providing approval to release to production.
- Training – provide training to stakeholders on the new system capabilities, including end to end business process flows and any required manual processes.
- Change Management and Communication – drive overall change management and communication to stakeholders throughout the software lifecycle development process by working with the change and communications team in documenting training/process documents; goal is ‘no surprises’ for our stakeholders.
- Project Management/Project Status – document and communicate status, issues and risks in a timely manner to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MS a Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- Strong “systems / process orientation” with demonstrated analytical thinking, organizational skills and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications, presentation and influencing skills, including the ability to raise issues appropriately to the right level internally and externally to resolve.
- Ability to influence people and provide recommendations to ensure the effective execution of complex initiatives.
- Ability to manage complexity well and demonstrated experience managing across functions and businesses to accomplish large scale goals.
- Must be comfortable working in cross-functional Willing to voice their opinion.
- Must be able to understand both business needs and the technologies to implement them.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $128,500-174,000, Southern California $119,000-161,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
