Our goal is to reduce Intuit’s overall fraud exposure by using and creating state-of-the-art solutions, while also maintaining a delightful user experience for the good customers.
The responsibility is end-to-end — scope analysis, detection, prevention, metrics, dashboards, and building fraud prevention tools.
By doing this, we will enhance our customers’ trust and continue to increase Intuit’s brand perception as one of the world’s leaders in protecting our customers’ data and financials safe.
The group is looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to take part in developing all technical aspects of these systems.
Responsibilities
You will contribute by developing end-to-end solutions for complex problems, interfacing with multiple services and platforms, and multiple Business Units and organizations.
You will help design these solutions and drive them to completion. You will review the code and provide feedback.
You will help research new solutions, proofs-of-concept, and assess 3rd party tools.
You will collaborate and contribute to the main Fraud platform as it develops. You will collaborate with other Fraud Prevention teams globally.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders — product management, analysts, data engineers, data science groups, risk agents, customer success, and more.

Understand fraud end-to-end use cases, policies, and methodologies.
Deliver solutions of the highest quality — scalable, performant, reliable.
Contribute code — add Fraud Prevention capabilities to existing code.
Understand other teams’ work and CICD processes.
Be proactive with a self-starter attitude.
Be a good listener, while also having strong opinions on what is right.

Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered
- At lease 3 years of proven experience in software engineering
- Experience with building web applications
- Experience with frontend frameworks, namely React.js
- Be able to understand any code
- Be a people person
- Be self-motivated and proactive
Bonus Points:
- Experience with building native applications in iOS or Android
- Experience with high-level application frameworks such as Java, Spring Boot, Python, Golang, etc.
- Experience with building microservices and event driven systems
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Drools, REST
- Knowledge of Fraud domain
- Experience with big data
- Good sense of humor
