Job Overview
As a Subpoena Compliance Program Manager, you will work as part of a small, dynamic, high performing team that is responsible for overseeing litigation, investigation matters involving government entities and regulators, responses to third-party requests for information and a wide range of other matters. You will manage the program to ensure our company's timely and accurate response to subpoenas and similar data requests. You will partner with our in-house attorneys and outside counsel, work across our Legal, Compliance and Policy Organization, and engage with external vendors and firms to manage our subpoena compliance program.

This role is hybrid with on-site expectations of 2-3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Manage Intuit’s end-to-end process for responding to subpoenas and other third-party requests for information, ensuring compliance with the law and protecting the data of our company, employees and customers.
- Collaborate closely with Intuit lawyers, litigation professionals and outside counsel, and keep internal stakeholders informed.
- Coordinate with our business teams, enabling functions and IT to identify, collect and review responsive data, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Manage deadlines and ensure timely responses.
- Update, improve and oversee all processes around subpoenas. This includes driving for efficiencies, automation and streamlined workflows, carefully tracking metrics and looking for ways we can use technology to continue to improve.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to subpoena compliance.
- Provide general litigation support to in-house attorneys, including soliciting and gathering information from across the company to assist attorneys in providing legal advice.
- Support processes governing legal holds, eDiscovery and document preservation.
- Drive or contribute to department and team projects and priorities.
- Take on increasingly complex responsibilities and proactively solve problems independently as experience grows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of prior experience with managing subpoenas.
- Detailed understanding of all aspects of subpoena processes, responses, workflows and best practices.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $126,000 - 170,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
