Audience Management is pivotal in enabling Mailchimp customers to manage, activate their audience, and run omnichannel marketing campaigns effectively. We are seeking a Staff Product Manager who will focus on enhancing and expanding our Audience Management platform and experiences, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our customers in managing audience data and creating personalized marketing experiences with a strong emphasis on user experience (UX) and customer journeys.
Responsibilities
- Drive the roadmap and vision for the Audience Management experiences with a strong user experience focus, ensuring it effectively facilitates customer interactions and enhances their marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Research and Engineering teams to prioritize and execute product roadmaps and investment strategies that align with Mailchimp's overall goals while prioritizing user experiences.
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders, including Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Product Marketing, to translate product vision into actionable deliverables that improve user experience.
- Lead experiments and hypothesis-driven initiatives to identify effective solutions for user challenges, pivoting as necessary based on data-driven insights and user testing.
- Foster strong relationships with users to gather feedback and ensure the platform delivers substantial value and meets market demands through exceptional user experiences.
- Partner with Research and Product Analytics to validate product hypotheses, conduct usability testing, and set appropriate success metrics focused on user experience.
- Create and manage a clear product backlog that prioritizes features based on customer value, user experience, development effort, and strategic importance.
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Customer Support to maximize user adoption, satisfaction, and user experience with new feature releases.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in product management, specifically with platforms related to Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) or MarTech solutions, with a strong focus on user experience (UX) design principles.
- A deep understanding of audience management, segmentation, and omnichannel marketing strategies, along with the ability to translate user needs into engaging experiences.
- Extensive experience working in cross-functional teams within a technical environment to define product vision, requirements, and roadmaps that prioritize user experience.
- Proven ability to analyze product data and market trends to derive insights that shape product strategy, ensuring alignment with user needs and enhancing overall customer experience (CX).
- Strong experience in managing product lifecycles, including gathering user feedback to refine product offerings and improve user interactions.
- Excellent communication skills suitable for articulating complex ideas and strategies to Senior and C-level executives while aligning UX objectives with product goals.
- A track record of collaborating closely with design and engineering teams to deliver impactful, user-centric products on schedule.
- Strong technical background or educational foundation, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $177,000 - 239,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
