Responsibilities
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to define and implement a comprehensive TA product strategy. This includes developing a vision, roadmap, and success metrics for TA technology solutions.
- Through deep understanding of the customer problems and TA processes and service delivery models, define roadmaps and goals with dependencies across product teams and functions, and lead the cross-functional team to deliver high-quality end to end customer experiences. Drive AI-first product strategy across the TA domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners on goals, planning, and prioritization to deliver outcomes.
- Drive delivery of the prioritized programs, provide hands on leadership, as well as guidance to product teams to achieve quarterly and annual business outcomes.
- Effectively partner across tech and data teams and incorporate data by design principles in end-to-end solution design. Ensure the solutions enable durable and AI-ready data foundation.
- Through data driven insights, identify and drive improvements in process, systems, and product beyond the offering, with a focus on building a strong data culture throughout the organization
- As a senior member of the People Analytics, Research and Technology (PART) team, actively collaborate to mature and scale PART business operations by upgrading tools and processes
- Reinforce and contribute to P&P technology standards and practices, leveraging tooling, dashboards, and technology roadmap to deliver innovative products designed with data-driven insights
- Drive organizational effectiveness by coaching teams on effective communication, leading by example, listening actively with empathy, and developing change strategies that incorporate data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered
- 10+ years of experience in HR tech, product management, product strategy, and product execution
- Broad and deep experience with technologies enabling talent acquisition, internal mobility and career solutions that enable relevant business insights and drive effective decision making
- Proven leadership in roadmap planning and holding a high bar for data-driven outcomes
- Demonstrated experience driving data-driven product strategies and execution plans, with a deep understanding of data by design principles
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and inspire teams to make timely and data-driven decisions, using data to inform business architecture and end-to-end technology capabilities
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across functions and levels, and translate complex technical concepts into business language
- Deep understanding of technology and its power to drive business impacts
- Ability to solve complex problems across functions or products with innovative solutions.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $226,500 - 307,000, Southern California $213,500 - 288,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
