We are looking for an experienced Sales leader with deep business expertise with the mid-market and a strong track record of leading transformational change who can help us win in this space.
The Director, Mid-Market Professional Services, is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving the successful delivery of Intuit Enterprise Suite offerings to Mid-Market clients. This role encompasses the management of both pre-sales engineering and post-sales integration, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service throughout their journey with Intuit. The Director will lead a team of professionals focused on delivering technical solutions that meet client needs, while also fostering strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategy for the mid-market professional services team and monetization strategy for Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES) professional services
- Build and scale a team to deliver professional services for our mid-market customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and design tailored solutions leveraging the Intuit Enterprise Suite
- Lead technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective and new clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of Intuit's offerings, ensuring success after purchase. The team you lead will:

- Assist in the development of technical proposals, ensuring that solutions are aligned with client needs and are feasible within the proposed timelines and budgets
- Oversee the implementation and integration of Intuit Enterprise Suite products post-sale, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

- Drive revenue growth through the successful delivery of professional services, ensuring that projects are profitable and contribute to the overall financial goals of the organization
- Oversee the implementation and integration of Intuit Enterprise Suite products post-sale, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Contribute to the development of the overall strategy for the Professional Services organization, ensuring alignment with the broader goals of Intuit
- Lead and mentor a team of pre-sales engineers and post-sales integration specialists, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in professional services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in pre-sales engineering and post-sales integration is required.
- A background in FinTech is preferred.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong project management skills with experience in overseeing complex integrations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
