As the Staff Efficiencies Strategy & Planning Lead, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of initiatives, designing tools & processes to quantify their impact, and holding drivers accountable for their delivery. You will also participate in budget planning & related discussions to tie the financial impact of your portfolio to the overall business plans.This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and has a significant bearing on the corresponding business unit’s financial performance. The role needs a high sense of ownership and seamless coordination with multiple senior stakeholders spanning a variety of cross functional teams. This role exposes you to multiple product, analytics, service design & planning teams.
Responsibilities
- Create, define and optimize end to end process for cross functional alignment of ongoing efficiencies initiatives
- Drive strategic thinking and cross-functional alignment around data-driven approaches to estimate and track financial & operational impact
- Designing tools/dashboards/experiments in liaison with analytics teams to improve portfolio performance
- Drive weekly performance review meetings for the portfolio holding senior stakeholders accountable for delivery of their initiative
- Create annual roadmap of key events and deadlines in sync with Intuit’s planning cycle
- Represent efficiencies portfolio in executive leadership & budget meetings, highlighting key risks and support requirements
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $$161,500 - 195,000, Southern California $$142,500 - $180,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required; Masters/MBA preferred
- 7-10 years of experience in consulting, program management and/or analytical roles
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/ Ms Excel
- 3+ years of experience managing cross functional programs or complex projects
- 2+ years of experience in executive stakeholder management; Expertise in data backed storytelling to drive faster decision making
- Experience building relationships with new teams
- Experience in defining KPIs & performance metrics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and end to end quantitative thinking
- Outstanding communications skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues
