Job Overview
Come join Intuit as a Credit and Collections Specialist! This job is located in San Diego, CA and is a part of a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manages inbound and outbound collection calls
- Performs well in complex, high-volume, data entry, customer service, and problem-solving role
- Understands the end-to-end credit & collections processes and follows policies and procedures
- Responds to both external and internal customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Process, monitor and/or oversee transactional activities associated with area of support
- Responds to customer (external and internal) questions and inquiries in a professional manner
- Researches and analyzes data to identify & address root cause of exceptions
- Ensure operational and financial integrity within established corporate policies, procedures and controls
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Southern California $24.50-33.50. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of direct collections experience
- Must live in the San Diego area and be able to come into the office at least 2-3 days a week
- Demonstrates working knowledge of technology (finance enterprise systems), tools and resources to perform role
- Verbal and written communication skills in a variety of mediums (phone, email, chat, in-person)
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
- Working knowledge of excel/google docs
- Can perform simple reconciliation analysis
- Have good analytical & technical skills
- Goal, task and project oriented
- Skilled at time management, multitasking and prioritizing workload
- Critical thinking skills
- Provide excellent customer service, for internal and external customers, throughout the entire collections process
- High school diploma or GED is required, college is preferred
