- Design and Facilitate Impactful Workshops: Develop, deliver, and evaluate high-impact workshops (e.g., Onboarding, Certification, Core Product Training, Product Updates, Messaging) tailored to Service Partners.
- Adapt for Relevance: Customize and localize content for diverse regional audiences (e.g., Western North America, ANZ/APAC) to ensure workshops resonate and drive Partner success.
- Enhance Engagement: Create interactive, actionable experiences and collect feedback to continuously improve workshop effectiveness.
- Workshop Roadmap Alignment: Contribute to a strategic roadmap for Partner enablement workshops, aligning with business goals and Mailchimp’s bold priorities.
- Feedback Integration: Act as a bridge between Partners and internal teams, ensuring Partner insights shape program enhancements and product innovations.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Partner Development teams to align workshops with Mailchimp’s strategic goals and Partner needs.
- Enable Customer-Centric Services: Work with teams to understand customer needs and equip Partners to deliver value-driven solutions that address them.
- Empower Partner Success: Enable Partners to drive measurable outcomes, including client acquisition, higher AOV, feature adoption, and improved retention.
- Measure Impact: Track and report on workshop performance and its influence on Partner success metrics, such as time to first booking, new bookings, and share of MRR.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $97,000-131,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in learning and development, instructional design, or a related field, with a focus on workshop facilitation and strategic planning. Experience in Partner or customer enablement is highly preferred.
- Facilitation Skills: Proven track record of delivering engaging, high-impact workshops or onboarding for diverse audiences.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align enablement initiatives with business priorities and drive measurable outcomes.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with Mailchimp’s platform, including core features like email marketing, automation, and reporting, or a strong ability to learn new platforms quickly.
- Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to track, measure, and analyze workshop performance and Partner outcomes.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for a wide range of audiences.
- Regional Knowledge: Understanding of regional business and cultural nuances in North America and APAC.
- Platform Knowledge: Experience using learning management systems (e.g., Intellum) and instructional design tools.
- Marketing Insight: Knowledge of email marketing and service delivery trends in SMB and mid-market sectors.
