Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Onboarding to support the Intuit global sales organization. Your mission will be to ensure that our sales team is equipped with the training, tools, content, and best practices to sell more effectively and efficiently in the first 90 days of their sales career at Intuit. You will play a pivotal role in the alignment between our go-to-market strategies and sales execution. You will develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy for onboarding to support the entire revenue ecosystem which includes high velocity sales, SDRs, account management, partner selling and sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Thinking and Visioning: Ability to develop long-term strategies for capability development and organizational enablement that align with Intuit’s business goals. This includes foreseeing future challenges and opportunities in the business environment and planning accordingly.
- Leadership and Influence: Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate the enablement team and other stakeholders. Must possess the ability to influence across all levels of the organization, from subject matter experts to the executive team, to drive business objectives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital for this role. This includes being able to clearly articulate the vision, strategy, and value of enablement initiatives to stakeholders and to persuade and align diverse group of stakeholders.
- Change Management: Proficiency in managing change, including the ability to lead an organization through change initiatives smoothly and effectively. This involves understanding how people go through change and the change process; including managing resistance to change.
- Revenue Enablement: Expertise in adult learning principles, training strategies, and the development of programs that enhance employee capabilities. Ability to design and implement effective training modules that meet the needs of diverse roles within the organization.
- System and tool management: Understand current and emerging training technologies and platforms that can enhance and scale learning and development. This includes familiarity with e-learning development tools, virtual training, and learning management systems.
- Active teacher/mentor/coach: Serves as role model and teacher of Intuit Frameworks and processes such as values and performance management.
- Thought leadership: Join other HR professionals to assess/implement development programs and training initiatives to support organizational strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field: MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a high-performing sales environment with at least 3 years in sales enablement or an equivalent leadership role
- Strong analytical skills to determine sales effectiveness and ROI of enablement initiatives and programs
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills with the ability to show high velocity and high ownership to deliver results
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
- Deep understanding of sales processes and strategies in the tech industry
- Proficient with CRM software, sales enablement tools, and sales methodologies
- Maintain and expand an innovative mindset and a bias for action
- Communicate and influence across all levels of the organization

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $189,500 - 256,000, Southern California $162,000 - 219,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
