As the security compliance and risk landscape expands, our need to scale to identify cybersecurity risks and develop appropriate controls and mitigations is becoming more critical within our internal and external environment. We are looking for a motivated, innovative, passionate Governance, Risk and Compliance Technical Compliance analyst who will help improve Intuit’s governance program by identifying and driving process improvement opportunities and advocating for change; continuously monitoring the control environment for non-compliance; and reducing audit fatigue; all while establishing trusted partnerships with our global business units to efficiently drive compliance by design.

The Security Technical Compliance Analyst has the opportunity to innovate in a cloud environment and re-imagine security policy and risk management processes while working boundaryless across Intuit.
Responsibilities
- Support the Information Security Policies, Standards and Controls lifecycle process to ensure they address all current and emerging cybersecurity regulatory requirements.
- Support the needs of our business units to ensure they’re meeting their compliance commitments, and provide periodic updates on their compliance status to management.
- Partner with the information security functional teams, architect and engineering community, legal and privacy teams.
- Work well with others when conflicts arise: see opportunities, ensure alignment with objectives, find common ground and promote understanding of alternative viewpoints before driving for closure and cooperation.
- Promote a security culture across Intuit
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
- Functional knowledge of multiple security domains and information security industry standards and best practices.
- Familiarity with public cloud technologies such as Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud preferred.
- Strong communication skills necessary, with a self-motivated approach to completing work.
- Basic understanding of industry frameworks, including but not limited to PCI DSS, ISO, and SOC2.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Associate, and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or equivalent are considered a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of teams and prioritize customer needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a proactive manner.
- Must possess strong consulting, documentation and presentation skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills, with ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Fundamental understanding of coding languages such as Python or Java is a plus.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Southern California $36.50-49.00. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).
