Job Overview
We are part of the Fintech organization that powers Intuit's money movement platform, enabling prosperity for customers across QuickBooks, Mailchimp and TurboTax. The Risk Product team enables Fintech Risk Management to detect and mitigate fraud and financial risks, minimizing the impact on the good customers.
We are seeking a senior staff product manager on our team who would lead the transformation of how customers experience money products in the context of underlying fraud and risk management, supporting our critical area of focus (Revolutionize speed to benefit, infuse AI into our fraud and risk lifecycle end-to-end, empower risk operation team to make high quality decisions when human invention is needed). In this role, your focus would be to build the strategy and roadmap to accelerate our mission to elevate risk controls, scale risk operation with AI and automation, reduce customer frictions, in service of our business growth strategy. Our customers and partners are highly cross-functional, globally distributed, and strongly technical. This role requires a strong display of driving technical partnership and deep customer empathy, to deliver outstanding business outcomes.

Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of capabilities to assess customer risk ,spanning all product offerings to ensure a seamless experience across the ecosystem
- Develop deep customer empathy and detailed understanding of the customer journey, minimizing friction through automated real-time decisions and effortless offline processes
- Transform the way we approach risk assessments through scalable capabilities that serve a global audience, stitching data across numerous data sources to manage fraud risk, financial risk and regulatory compliance
- Leverage customer insights to formulate a compelling platform vision, then develop hypotheses and initiatives to deliver that vision; create, measure and own success metrics
- Build strong relationships with product, engineering, risk and operations teams to influence and align on platform roadmap
- Establish product delivery timelines in close collaboration with development teams; communicate frequently and clearly with other teams and leaders across the business
- Ruthlessly prioritize initiatives and drive work with strong focus on process and tactical execution
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is: $191,500 - $259,000

Qualifications
- 6+ years designing and delivering world-class products in a Product Management role
- Deep customer empathy and curiosity
- Passion for solving problems (the big ones and small ones)
- A design-thinking mindset
- Track record of prioritizing, communicating and influencing teams
- Strong analytical skills paired with a data-informed mindset
- Experience partnering with engineering and design teams to define, build, and maintain products which are critical to growth, engagement, and retention
- Financial industry knowledge is a plus
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
